When will my order be shipped?

We handle all orders in the order they arrive. This takes 24 hours to process. We work on orders from 9:30 AM PST to 5 PM PST on weekdays. We don’t process orders on weekends or U.S. Federal Holidays. How long it takes to deliver depends on where you live. Standard shipping takes 2-7 business days to arrive depending on the class of shipping your choose  

How can I cancel my order?

Trap-University.com gets a lot of orders and wants to serve customers well. Because of this, you can change or cancel your order within one hour after you place it. Once we start to process your order, we can’t make any changes or adjust any details.

Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions Double-check your shipping and billing info when you place your order. Wrong or incomplete address details can delay delivery or cause packages to come back. If packages return to us, you’ll need to pay a 15 percent fee for restocking and shipping before we send them out again.

Missing Items

If items are damaged, missing, or wrong, you need to email us within 48 hours of getting your package. Send pictures of the packing slip and the items you received with your message. Once we get look over, and confirm your claim, our team will work to fix the problem in the right way.
