Trap University Products Warranty
Trap University offers a 90-day warranty period on their complete product range.
For devices within the 90-day warranty period, warranty claims are accepted. Prior to filing a claim, we recommend checking our troubleshooting videos For products purchased from our distributors, please first seek a replacement from your point of purchase. If issues persist, proceed with submitting a warranty claim using the link below for assistance.
The warranty coverage for damage or accidental drops specifically applies to the device’s electronic functionality and internal components. Trap University warranty does not cover cases where the metal housing is damaged and internal circuits are compromised.
Trap University is not liable for any glass or plastic components that break after product delivery.
For items damaged during transit, Trap University will initiate a carrier claim and provide a replacement product.
Please have the following documentation ready before submitting a warranty claim:
Purchase receipt or proof of transaction documentation
Visual evidence (photo or video) demonstrating the product defect
